Boot camp week #1- LOST 5 POUNDS!
Monday to Monday.
My goal was to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks...
I did it in one!
Honestly, I thought I had gained weight....(?)
It feels so good to see the progress, feel the success!
Not to mention being completely remotivated.
Now back to week #2....ouch.
